Procon inc. is a leader in location based services.  This is their corporate site.  The project was grandfathered to me but i made some improvments to the underlying code.  It showcases how to do a "static" site with with a flat database file thats manually updated.

Professional Developers of Iowa has around 300 members and needed a way to better communicate within their member base. This site features a Event Calendar with a built in registration system to allow members and non-members to register and pay for events. A job posting system much like the one in place at dirtondirt.com. Also the forum on this site was designed from the ground up. I works much like the comment system on digg.com.

Creative Mills Products was looking to update their look on the web while retaining their low bounce rate. I came up with design that retained some of the classic elements from the old design while introducing some effective gradients and shades giving it an up to date look. It features a Client Media Manager which allows CMP to upload media for their clients to download. A simple blog, product/services manger and a e-newsletter system.

Nation Wide Tournaments

nationwidetournaments.com allows users to create and promote their event/tournament online. It features a search by zip code radius that uses an API. Using the same API users are able to sign up for notifications about events/tournaments going on in a specified radius of their zip code.

Sulentic Fischels is a commercial realty group based out of Waterloo, IA. They currently serve the Cedar Valley and surrounding areas. Features a personal home page for each of their agents, a extended version(includes custom data fields) of the realty manager that I built for oelweinrealty.com and a pure JavaScript slide show on the home page.

Dirtondirt.com was launched just over a year ago. Although I was not involved in the project at its launch, I have been very involved in the maintenance and upgrades to the site. I have created graphics, recoded/coded most of the major parts of the site and poured over the user data. In the summer of 2008 I recoded the whole front end and switched the layout from tables to CSS.

Regional Medical Center

Regional Medical Center site features a CMS that allows the admin to control which internal users have access to modify the content on the site. It also includes an event/classes listing, newsroom and a greeting card system. This system allows the end users for select a card template and input a small message that enables the hospital staff to print it out on site and deliver it to a patient. A small technical note: getting the dropdown menus to display over the flash header was a big challenge.

Abiding Savor Lutheran Church is a new Lutheran Congregation which is located in Altoona, IA.  This site features a very simple Content Management System that includes a newsroom and event calendar.  The design is a template from Minimalistic Design.

Boubin Tire and Automotive is a lisenced re-seller of American Race Tires.  They where looking to expand their sales on to the web.  This site features Content Management System and eCommerce.  They also sell Real Racing Wheels and they sell them on realwheel.net witch eCreative Group developed that site.  I wrote the checkout process for that site.

Harris Auto Racing was looking to upgrade from their old site.  This site features a Content Management System that includes a photo gallery and newsroom.  I integrated the existing custom fourm from their previous site, keeping all of the users and posts.

The Sweet Tooth

The Sweet Tooth is based out of North Miami Beach, FL and makes hand-painted made-to-order chocolates.  They needed a custom eCommerce solution to handle their corporate customers.  This eCommerce setup includes; the easily for each item be sent to a different location, an address book for each user account (this alows the user to manage and quick select who the item should be sent to), the week that the item should be delivered , FedEx Shipping API, a local delivery report generator (this alows them to query the order database by zip code so they can easly give these reports to their drivers ).

The eCommerce system featured on this site is specifically tailored to selling automotive parts online, it features: dealer logins, where dealers can login to the site and see special pricing and order products at that price. The product categories are customizable to allow each category to be setup differently to handle product specifications.

The Sisbarro Dealerships

The Sisbarro Dealerships is one of the bigger dealerships in Southern New Mexico.  This site includes Dealer Specialties XML API integration, Content Manage System and serval contact forms.  The Dealer Specialties API connects Sisbarro's inventory to the web.  I built and designed a custom inventory interface that includes; a simple and advanced search form, list and grid view that allows the user to switch how he/she views their search results, rollover tool tips for the main images and custom printable sheet for each car.  I designed all of the dynamic content areas and made some small design changes.
